The walls of light steel villas are filled with sound-insulating materials to achieve sound insulation. Experimental data and feedback from completed projects show that they meet the relevant sound insulation requirements. Not to mention that most brick-concrete structures are not constructed in accordance with national standards; even those built with reference to national standards have lower standards than light steel structure residences (our light steel villas are strictly constructed and accepted in accordance with national standards). Sound insulation standards for brick-concrete residences: external walls ≥ 45 decibels, internal walls ≥ 40 decibels. Standards for light steel structure residences: external walls ≥ 60 decibels, internal walls ≥ 45 decibels.
